    ield 1lb dry mix =10 x2oz portions 1kg dry mix =21 x57 portions 3.5kg dry mix = 74 x57g portions Make up instructions 1lb Dry Mix / 4fl oz Cold Water 1kg Dry Mix / 245ml Cold Water 3.5kg Dry Mix / 857.5ml Cold Water 1/ Place dry mix in a mixing bowl and blend in the required amount of cold water using a beater on slow speed until a dough is formed. 2/ Leave to rest in a cool place for 5 minutes and then roll out onto a floured surface to required thickness and use as required. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C .
