ENSURING QUALITY

It is our policy on quality to offer the best value for money to our customers, by ensuring that the products we sell are safe and legal, and by tailoring products, procedures and systems to our customers.

Of prime importance is the safety and legality of the products we offer. Our Due Diligence Systems and Food Safety Policy set out the procedures and controls needed to ensure product safety and legality across three main sources:

Manufacturers Brand Products Sourced by 3663
These products are sourced from reputable suppliers

3663 Smart Choice, Coronet and Springbourne Brands
3663 products are manufactured by third parties on our behalf

Customer Sourced Products
Many national and regional catering organisations have direct links with manufacturers and develop, select and source particular products for use within their outlets. These may be manufacturer's brand or end-user specific. In these cases 3663 is contracted to act as stockist and to provide local distribution to individual outlets within the customer's organisation. Such products are not made available to all customers.

We operate due diligence management systems tailored to each of these sources and the products within them, a requirement detailed in The Food Safety Act 1990 and the Guidelines to the Statutory Defence of Due Diligence. The systems and controls cover many areas of the business including:
