Ingredients (Serves 12)
|300g Shortcrust pastry mix||03396|
|1kg Bramley apples||03307|
|100g Caster sugar||96882|
|10g Ground cinnamon||70371|
|300g Crumble mix||03393|
- Make up the pastry according to the packet instructions.
- Line a 10" flan tin with the pastry and blind bake for 10 minutes.
- Mix apples, caster sugar and cinnamon together and put in the cooked flan case.
- Top up with the crumble mix and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden.
