	Classic California Cheeseburger An American original combining chuck mince with beef liver, gherkins and capers - real classic flavours that take you back to 1950s America! Served with crispy iceberg lettuce and cheese slices in a traditional seeded burger bun. Created by Tim Anderson, winner of MasterChef 2011
	Ebikatsu Japanese Prawn Burger A beautiful combination of a King Prawn burger coated in a Panko crumb and served with Okonomi sauce and a Japanese slaw of sweetheart cabbage, daikon, pickled ginger and chives.
