Caring for people
 3663 pays special attention to our people. There's a wide variety of work at 3663, and whatever kind it is, the right training, information, equipment, procedures and review are provided. This ensures the full health and safety of each person whether working in the office, from home, in a depot cold storage unit, operating a fork lift truck, driving an HGV or delivering goods to the customer.
Our procedures and practice are detailed in our comprehensive Health and Safety manual. Through this we comply with the letter and spirit of the provisions of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other relevant regulations, which we regard as minimum requirements. Our Chief Executive Fred Barnes provides the resources to meet these statutory provisions.

 New staff
Each new member of staff receives a thorough induction, and practical demonstrations, written instruction, video and outside specialists are used for training and refresher courses.
