We deliver to our caterers an extensive range of over 2,600 frozen products and around 560 chilled products of which 160 are short life chill. After investing in the formation of The Barton Meat Company, we can now offer a comprehensive selection of over 200 fresh meat and poultry lines; from everyday value for money cuts to premium products.

With our joint distribution service throughout the UK with Swithenbank Foods we are able to deliver an extended range of over 330 fresh fruit & vegetables, ensuring quality and consistency and guaranteeing a complete supply chain from 'seed to fork'.

To complete our fresh offering, we now have an ever-expanding range of fresh fish from exotics to traditional, which is expertly and fully prepared on the day of order. For the finest ingredients, our range of Fine Foods is exceptional, with everything from truffles to Illy coffee.

In addition, we are exploring successful opportunities in the rapidly expanding food-to go market in convenience stores and garage forecourts.

We have a specialised sector sales team to look after education & healthcare, pubs & restaurants and an experienced product development team continually introducing new and innovative products and concepts to the catering market.
