Three days of live cooking demonstrations gave visitors a real experience, with some inspiring ideas on how to use everyday ingredients to create exceptional dishes - dishes that aim to impress their customers, whilst generating additional profits for their businesses. In partnership with some of the industries most innovative brands, we put together a variety of workshops; DELIFRANCE UK - demonstrated how to profit through bakery with their fantastic bread ranges, sweet and savoury patisserie and for those wanting to start food in their pub, quick, tasty, quality microwave snacks. UNILEVER - best known for some of our best loved high street brands, have developed a fantastic soup offering, with equipment and supporting merchandise to help you achieve a consistently excellent offer, all under the Knorr brand. 3663 & WHITES - 'Premium Casual Dining' , the new buzz in pub catering. 3663 presented and offered extensive sampling of these mouth watering products. Whites is an exclusive range, providing easy to prepare, authentic, reliable menu options that will keep your customers coming back for more. KRAFT COFFEE BAR - An important, and often overlooked, area where pubs can profit is with hot beverage menus. At 3663 we recognised this and brought one of the top names in coffee to the show helping our visitors understand how to gain that extra revenue, simply! MOY PARK FOODSERVICE - the market expert, representing high quality, innovative including coated and added value poultry products, varying from marinated wings of fire to original Chickwich™ Steak. Along with a comprehensive offering from Kitchen Range Foods, including great tasting appetisers and finger food; mouth-watering meat free light bites and centre plate solutions. VIVAS - 3663's exclusive new wine brand was launched at the show to a very positive reception from all those who visited the stand. A core range of wines was showcased to demonstrate the quality, interest and value for money that ViVAS can offer as well as the added value of wine expertise, category management and marketing solutions. |
