The hotel sector is hugely diverse, and can therefore struggle to maintain and grow its share of the market. With budget hotels in city centres and motorway locations, independent hotels, mid market chains and high-end 4 and 5 star boutique and destination hotels, the picture for catering can look very different at every stage.
Some budget hotels are moving away from catering or limiting their offer, as they can not compete with the local competition.
Mid market chains are trying to retain their business customers as they struggle with trying to differentiate themselves against competitors.
Boutique and destination hotels seem to be faring quite well in this market, with customers considering them a restaurant destination first and accommodation second.
3663 have a wealth of experience in the hotel sector, with our specialist teams and support from our branded partners we can offer innovation through solutions to help our customers manage change and grow their market share.
