3663’s Graduate Scheme is a fast-track development programme which will take you on an 18 month journey as you develop and enhance your skills.

Starting with a Corporate Induction, the programme will consist of three six-month placements. You will focus on Operations Management, Human Resources Management or Finance or Sales, working in different business functions and geographical regions to build your skills and prepare you for your first big management role.
